By virtue of the needle calibration sensor, the frequency of automatic needle calibration can be set freely to ensure the dispensing accuracy and stability of the equipment.
With higher cost performance and space utilization rate, the piston-type glue storage mechanism is adopted to substitute the traditional “one for backup & one for use” scheme and achieve glue change without stoppage.
Laser altimetry: By virtue of the high-precision laser sensor to detect the height of incoming products + visual positioning function, any equipment abnormity arising from uncontrollable factors such as too high, too deviated and too low incoming products can be avoided while the dispensing effect is ensured.
