Eccentric Screw ValveKDP/KSP系列

This is a screw valve which allows for continuous dispensing and precise dosing. The valve core consists of an eccentric screw engaged with a matching elastic rubber, and the valve body can be provided with valve cores of different flow specifications for different application scenarios with different flow and glue weight requirements.

A single valve core can be used to form a one-component screw valve to dispense various one-component glues; two valve cores can also be assembled to form a two-component screw valve to dispense various two-component glues.

Features and Advantages

5-gallon drum and 300ml cartridge are optional for glue supply;

Monitoring the glue supply pressure in real time to prevent insufficient glue supply;

The two-component glue valve can monitor the glue discharge pressure in real time to prevent outlet blocking;

The closed-loop servo motor is provided to achieve precise positioning and fault detection;
