Eccentric Screw Valve(Medium & High Flow)KSP/KDP Series

The KSP/KDP series is a kind of screw valve which is capable of continuous dispensing and precise dosing. The valve core consists of an eccentric screw engaged with a matching elastic rubber, and the valve body can be provided with valve cores of different flow specifications according to different application scenarios with different flow and glue amount requirements.
A single valve core can be formed into a one-component screw valve to dispense various one-component glues; two valve cores can also be assembled into a two-component screw valve to dispense various two-component glues.

Suitable for standard 5-gallon / 1-gallon drums / 300ml / 600ml syringes and other specifications.

The two-component valve can monitor the dispensing pressure in real time to prevent the outlet from being blocked.

Equipped with a closed-loop servo motor to achieve precise positioning and fault detection.

The glue supply pressure can be monitored in real time to prevent operation when the glue is insufficient.

Supporting Modbus TCP communication protocol.
