Stable and consistent dispensing

The tappet guide seat is directly connected with the channel thread, and the coaxial and guiding design of the guide seat and the channel is added.

The jet force of the valve body is increased by 20%, and higher-viscosity glue (up to 500000mPas) can be supported. is added.

The nozzle and tappet structure design is more optimized; in combination with smooth trapezoidal wave control technology, the glue scattering rate is <0.5% to achieve good bubble control. is added.

Faster process recovery capability

Auxiliary enhanced version of ADJ calibration function and repeatability of 0.01mm.

After routine maintenance, jetting can be done directly without ADJ calibration, and the process recovery time is less than 2 minutes.

With nozzle calibration function, the nozzle sleeve can be replaced within 1 minute, and the glue amount accuracy can be controlled within ±2% (depending on different glues)

Lower usage costs

With integrated design of nozzle seat, 1 sealing ring + 1 nozzle sealing seat + 1 installation tool are reduced to decrease the maintenance and usage costs.

Ultimate process capability

With unique structure and control design, the minimum dispensing diameter of 0.2mm can be achieved, dispensing can be done in a narrow gap of 0.1mm, and the minimum dot volume can be up to 0.5nL.

High compatibility

With modular design, special glue such as anaerobic glue and hot melt glue can be jetted after corresponding modules are replaced or added.
